Congenital thoracic ectopic kidney with eventration of the diaphragm, bilateral pes equinovarus and developmental dislocation of the hip: A case report

Abstract

Congenital thoracic ectopic kidney is a very rare developmental anomaly. It is usually asymptomatic and discovered incidentally on a routine chest radiography. We report a left thoracic ectopic kidney in a 2 months 22 days old girl with eventration of the diaphragm, bilateral pes equinovarus and developmental dislocation of the hip. Doğumsal torasik ektopik böbrek, doğuştan diyafragma evantrasyonu, iki taraflı pes ekinovarus ve gelişimsel kalça displazisi birlikteliği: Olgu Sunumu

Doğumsal torasik ektopik böbrek, böbreğin çok nadir görülen gelişimsel anomalisidir. Genellikle klinik belirti vermez ve tanı akciğer grafisi ile rastlantısal olarak koyulur. Sol torasik ektopik böbrek ile birlikte diyafragma “evantrasyonu”, iki taraflı pes ekinovarus ve gelişimsel kalça displazisi tespit ettiğimiz 2 ay 22 günlük bir kız olguyu sunuyoruz. (Turk Arş Ped 2007; 42: 125-8)
